National Eating Disorders Awareness Week runs 23rd February to 1st March 2015. With so much focus on obesity in the media other eating disorders often particularly prevalent in young people and fitness fans can be overlooked. Are you aware of conditions such as orthorexia? It’s all too easy for clean eating to tip over into compulsion and we encourage all PT’s to support clients achieve positive nutritional behaviour.
