The Future Is Bright For Personal Trainers – A recent report highlighted UK activity levels as the lowest in Europe. 30% of the population are classed as inactive and a whopping 63% fall below recommended daily levels far short of our European neighbours. On a positive note the demand for the expertise of Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers is rising as people seek specialist help tackling sedentary lifestyles.

Winning the obesity war – predicted to affect 1 in 2 by 2050 and cost £50bn a year we were inspired by Horizon’s documentary ‘What’s the right diet for you?’ Getting to the nitty gritty of emotional eating, the gene factor and more, science combined with healthy eating and great exercise delivered some truly impressive results. Goes to show we need to treat the symptom not the cause and really support our PT clients.
